Our fully stocked home is your oasis, centrally located in the heart of Austin. inside you'll find our open floor layout which is great for entertaining groups whether you're cooking, watching the ball game or just hanging out listening to music and having a drink. 

For sleeping options: Upstairs we have two bedrooms each with queen beds and fold down futon couch, as well as a sleeping Loft with a single sofa bed and a work area. Additionally, downstairs we have a large bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and an additional queen bed. We also have a fold down futon couch in the living room, a rollaway cot with a memory foam mattress, and a portable trifold memory foam mattress that you can put anywhere you'd like. 

The house Is equipped with plenty of towels, Linens, blankets, and pillows, as well as pots and pans and kitchen tools for cooling at home. Smart TVs with cable and prepaid streaming services. We have a karaoke machine and Bluetooth speaker, a cowboy pool, and a barbecue. are we forgetting something? let us know we're always up for hearing suggestions to make your stay even better!
