Lynn was an amazing host and responded back really quick. The air bnb was beautiful! Had a lot of things to keep my friends and I entertained! there was 16 of us and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for every one. we all loved the house. would definitely recommend and will be booking again for any events in the future.
Great place to stay!
I wouldn't hesitate to book Lynn's place if you are a group looking to hang out but there are a few things to be aware of that I think warrant a 4 star instead of a 5 star review, that I didn't see mentioned: - I booked the place partially of the pictured work station, but the chair that belongs to the work station is comically low. We tried every other piece of furniture but none worked. This wouldn't be a big deal, but the internet at the large dining table was very weak and there was no wifi signal. My husband at to work with the laptop on his lap or at the outdoor bar. - The outdoor areas need some TLC. In particular, the railing to the upstairs yard was rickety and I was concerned about my kids going up and down the stairs. The pool stairs were not in working order. The bar area was dirty, etc. - Some of the pictures were inaccurate. For example, the pictures show curtains in three rooms but there were none. There was no window treatment on the room with two beds.

We hosted my husbands birthday/super bowl party here and it was the perfect space for it! We found out the day of check in that The rooftop movie theater wasn’t installed after all, which was a big part of booking the place, but Lynn refunded part of our stay which was extremely generous. The house itself was so gorgeous and the perfect place for a gathering or large group. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The location is great as well. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but hope to come back some day and try it out! Thanks for a great stay :)
The place was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were so so comfy. The space was easy to navigate and easy to find. Loved the lighting inside. It felt very nice and cozy. Unfortunately, wasn’t able to experience the pool or the back patio as this was right after the freeze, but it looked like it would’ve been very nice!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Lynns Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Lynns Lodging will match it.
