Place was great. A quick walk, uber, Waymo or lime scooter ride and you’re wherever you want to be within minutes. Would definitely recommend.
we had a group of 13 and it was the perfect space for us! two sizable houses and a yard to split. walkable to so much!
1213 Holly Street was perfect for a 21 year old sleepover. The two-house layout, with one newer than the other, was perfect for our group of sixteen young adults celebrating my son's 21st birthday. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchens and common areas made a great place for everyone to hangout. The place was clean and check-in was very easy. The host was responsive and accommodating. And the host didn’t require that we clean or do laundry before leaving. It was the perfect space for what we needed.

This was our second stay in this house for an annual conference in Austin. It was easy to get downtown for our conference and it was a great space to relax as a team and spend time together. Since there are two houses, it would work well for teams that include male and female members. I actually wish we could have spent more time there, but the conference schedule didn't allow that. A great stay.
Great location for walking to key areas of Austin. Lynn was very responsive and active, it helped make for a great stay.

Harmony-Lynn was responsive and addressed our needs when we came over and the pool was not filled/ functioning on our arrival. The place was just as described and she even allowed us to bring our dog last minute as our boarding situation fell through due to overbooking on ACL weekend. The house was perfect for a bachelor pad or get away with friends as there were two separate units which made it nice to not all be in the same house.
Came on a golf trip with a group of guys and Lynn’s place was absolutely perfect for us. Both spaces are comfortable, clean, have lots of space - and are in a fantastic location. We will definitely be back. Lynn was super responsive and very helpful with any questions that we had or anything that we needed. She’s a wonderful host.
