Having 2 units on the same property makes this the perfect spot for large families. We had plenty of space for 8 adults and 6 children between the 2 units. The back patio was fantastic, kitchen was spacious, and there was plenty of parking. Location was in a nice quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the freeway and about 25 minutes from the airport. Great spot
Everything was great; the place was clean, very silent, and located in a wonderful neighborhood with good surroundings.
We hosted a baby shower here and it was a great space for it! The venue was spacious, private, and perfect for our gathering. Lynn was also a great host and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place for small events or celebrations.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for a large group! The houses were both beautiful! The large kitchen island and dining room in main house was perfect. The back house was perfect for people to retreat from main house chaos. Tons of restaurants and parks for kiddos. Highly highly recommend!
La estancia en cedar parch fue ezekebte desde que vimos el lugar era lo que bus a amos pasar 3 noches en familia y celebrar juntos el último día del 2025 espacios grandes. Habitaciones muy cómodas y teníamos el servicio de café de cortesía el patio grande muy bonito donde tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer comida en el patio Todo estuvo excelente tuvimos algunos detalles que Lynn inmediatamente nos solucionó Le agradezco a Lynn su amabilidad en todo tiempo es una persona muy amable cordial y la felicito por hacer nuestra estancia muy agradable Si Dios nos lo permite me encantaría regresar a este bello lugar lo haría con mucho gusto.
The houses were perfect for our large family for a wedding we attended. We loved the space. We were able to have plenty of room to relax and a large kitchen to be able to gather for meals. Plenty of off street parking for at-least 4-5 vehicles. Would defiantly stay again if visiting Austin.
My extended family stayed at Lynn’s place during my wedding, and it was wonderful! My family mentioned how clean and organized it was, and Lynn was super responsive answering all questions and helping us make sure the weekend went smoothly. Great location, would definitely book again!
The backyard is beautiful and relaxing, and the kitchen is clean and spacious, which made cooking very convenient. The host was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. There are a few things that could be improved, though. The bathroom in Unit B had a noticeable odor throughout our stay, and Unit A didn’t have enough chairs, which made group meals and gatherings a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay！
Rented the place for a friends birthday. The place was beautiful and clean, Lynn was extremely responsive and respectful. Would definitely recommend!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Lynns Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Lynns Lodging will match it.
