This cozy home features a spacious living room with ample seating and a sleek electric fireplace, creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxing evenings. The large kitchen and dining area are designed for entertaining, allowing you to host memorable meals for your entire group.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a private bath, providing a luxurious retreat. The second bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk set, perfect for family or friends. The fourth bedroom offers two queen bunk sets and a futon, ensuring plenty of sleeping options for everyone.
Located just a quick stroll away, you’ll find an array of food truck options and amazing coffee shops, making it easy to fuel your adventures.
This fabulous space is tucked behind a private gate, so you can feel at ease during your stay. Plus, forget about fumbling for keys—your keyless access code will whisk you in with just a few taps. It’s convenience and security, all wrapped in one stylish package!
My team and I try to always be available to our guests whenever they might need or want anything. We have self-check-in, and everything is already set for you, so there is no need to coordinate anything, just come on in whether y'all are ready!
We have a 110 outlet in the garage if you need to charge your EV overnight, and we are looking to install a 220 in the near future so if that's important to you check back with us.

Our group is on a grad trip and had Austin as a stop for a few days. I am very particular about the AirBnBs I rent, and we went with Lynn and JD’s place because of the location to just outside of downtown, proximity to other places in Austin we wanted to visit, and the size and newness of the home. This house has tons of space for our group! The kitchen is well equipped for anything you might need. The backyard seating area is also very nice. We had a few minor issues while there from prior guest being rough on the house, and Lynn and JD took prompt action to resolve them. There is a ball field right across from the house, and the local commuter train runs through semi-frequently. There are some delicious dining options and bars in easy walking distance. Great house! We enjoyed our time exploring Austin!
We stayed here with a group the night of our wedding to continue our celebrations with our closest friends. The house was super spacious, clean, and the host, Lynn, was great. Would totally stay here again!
Great host. The place is beautiful close to capitol and UT. About a mile from Colorado river and the walking/running trail. The space is very modern and well kept. Lynn was very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend for large parties.
