Chic Austin Hideaway Near Downtown

I stayed at JD’s for a work trip and it worked great for what I needed. Check in and check out were both super easy and JD was super responsive the entire week to any questions or concerns that I had. The space itself may be a bit small for large groups but would work perfectly for solo travelers up to probably about four people. Parking was easy with one driveway spot but there is a lot of street parking in a very sleepy neighborhood, so I wouldn’t have any issues parking on the street here. The house is in the flight path for Austin airport but when I was inside the house with either a tv playing or music playing (both at reasonable volumes), I didn’t hear a thing. There wasn’t enough noise that it bothered me or woke me up overnight. All that to say I would gladly stay again. The space worked perfectly for what I needed and I felt right at home. If you’re looking for affordable accommodations in Austin, definitely consider this space

Hello, I wanted to bring up a few issues we experienced during our stay. After checking in, we found at least four bugs within the first three minutes. The bathroom water would not stop running throughout the night, and when we first explored the house after checking in, the bathroom floor was already wet. The carpet was also wet throughout our entire stay, and we are not sure why, as it was already wet when we arrived. We just wanted to make you aware of these issues, as they affected our stay.
